This market will resolve to "Yes" if any part of the intelligence around the "serious national security threat" is declassified by Biden, his cabinet, or the White House in general, and made publicly available by Friday, February 16, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
