This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Qatar Investment Authority announces it has bought any amount of Bitcoin by January 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution source for this market will be official announcements from the Qatar Investment Authority, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
